MERIT has provided the connections, opportunities, and community to explore and develop my identity as a clinician educator. The two most valuable resources I’ve found in MERIT are its people and its sessions. Allowing me to participate and engage in innovative and interesting scholarly topics in health professions education in its many offerings of activities, and by providing ample opportunities to collaborate with fellow educators and scientists in conversations, consultations, and research projects.
